BAXTER COMMENTS ON NGCOBO'S DEBUT



Fans have been calling out the name of Njabulo Ngcobo demanding him on the team sheet. Stuart Baxter eventually let him in this past weekend with Kaizer Chiefs whipped 4-1 by Royal AM. 

The former Swallows defender didn't have the best game with the whole Amakhosi team being awful in the day.

Baxter says it doesn't help him when people are screaming his name because he still has to get used.

“I’ve been saying all along, Njabulo has had to get used to his teammates, he’s got to get used to way we play, he’s got to accommodate our build-up play with his own qualities,” Baxter said after the match.

“And he’s going to make mistakes, he’s going to give us some strength but – the same as every player – I think the screaming after ‘push him in, push him in’ doesn’t help him. It doesn’t help anybody.

“I gave him the game tonight because I thought it was the right game to go in. I wanted him to drive forward a little bit with the ball on his side and dominate a little bit, because of the way they play.

“But it was his first game, he did ok, but he could do a lot better.”

Mbappé - "I asked to leave PSG"

                      Photo cred - TyC Sports Real Madrid went all out to sign Kylian Mbappé towards the end of the summer transfer window.  With PSG having had secured Lionel Messi's signature at the time, they were believed to be fabricating a trio of the Argentine, Mbappé, and Neymar intending to clinch the UEFA Champions League title this season. In what was tagged by many as one of the best Africa Cup of Nations finals ever that saw Senegal triumphing over Egypt had challenging moments for Gomes. Gomes became the first South African referee to officiate the AFCON final and had an incident that went viral globally when he offered his whistle and cards to a complaining Mohamed Salah to officiate.
